Cannot think of any positives.
Cons
Staff food so terrible, even stray dogs wouldn't eat it. Micromanaging management and senior bar staff. No work and life balance. High turnover rate, the place is unable to retain staff. You get to work as 2 people for the pay of 1.

-Professionalism and good business practices are ignored in favor of partying and looking good at surface level. Behind the scenes this place is a mess - Very high turnover even for hospitality -Poor work life balance especially for managers
