      Toxic workplace with mediocre projects

      Variety of projects Exposure Basic pay

      Cons

      Toxic male dominated work place. The numbers of projects is too much , which makes the work hours and stress very much insufferable. The behaviour of the admin and other staff is very toxic. The principal architects are not sensitive enough. The fresher Architects and interns are treated as slaves. The seniors usually bully the juniors in the name of seniority.

      Good experienced people, good culture, enthusiastic colleagues and seniors. Good for someone who want to learn with fast pace in early career.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Sometimes weekend working required. Less time for personal and social life. Stress management required.

      no. of projects. they pick up every oossible project in the market

      Cons

      Architecture design is not a priority. Their work is also very mediocre except couple of projects. Most of it is copied or "inspired". Weird workplace. If you are an intern, get ready to spend nights for rendering the bad design. Partners are insensitive, would expect you work like slaves. Everyone here just tries to suckup. They are also very dirty, toilets are the most unhygienic
