      Good reputation as a SHREK firm

      Cons

      Culture is bad and highly judgemental, hard to be authentic. Smile you see in office are not happiness, they are courtesy. Always have to behave professionally even for casual pantry conversation with colleagues. Work life balance is not great (email and IM are always coming in late night and weekends, late night calls is a norm).
