Pros

This is not even worth a 1 Rating. Look for the cons below

Cons

- Every morning you will get to experience in one of the direction yelling and traumatizing the employees - You are not allowed any leave. If you are to leave early in case of some emergency, you might get called back to work - Poor sanitation environment – No proper toilet. You literally have to hold your bladder sometimes - No air conditioning. Some people relish the sweatfest - How your day will be depends on the mood of the owner - Flexible working hours means you might end up working till 12 at night and even on Saturday and Sunday - You might feel complete useless because of the bad behaviour of the management (so called) towards you - The management does nothing but merely exploits their employees - You don’t get any salary slips - The scars you incurred will stay with you for good. You will even get nightmares even after you have long left. I might even say this is real life Mean Girl. There are more than one Regina George here - This is very sad to know that the world of entertainment is so shallow where gratification of all sorts is a common occurrence here Advice to Employees- 1) Don't join even if you are jobless. 2) Still if you want to try your luck, ask for offer letter, appointment letter and read it well before joining. 3) Ask for you "job role and responsibilities document" - so that you don't get pressured under work of 4-5 employees within few days. 4) If ever you join and decide to resign - "Don't serve notice period" 5) Best - Follow advice no 1

Pros

No Pros at all. Not even single, tried at least writing one but not finding any.

Cons

Hostile workplace environment especially for new joinees. Late salary often delayed to 10th-11th of the month. Illiterate workers. Not well educated. Mostly they joined after 12th, no formal college education, even they did, along with job so no understanding of basic things. Most of the staff have worked only here at Spice, no other place so they don’t know how an office functions and they don’t know basic office etiquettes Staff everyday yell scream and abuse each other in a very cheap way Management knows everything, does nothing about it. Actually there is no management as such, this is os total baniya business, no office structure, No HR, No HR policies, nobody to go to if you are mistreated, harassed or even slapped, there is no CCTV camera in office. Two washrooms for 40 people that too no separate washrooms for men and women. Very poor office infrastructure, they mislead new joinees by conducting interviews at Cafe/restaurant. Very strict on taking breaks even there is so separate space for lunch. Micro management and constant bullying and criticism on every little thing, this place will make anyone insane. Someone who is well qualified and good past work background shouldn’t join, they will immediately regret joining. Wish someone had told me I would have never joined. May nobody else go through what I went through. Worst company to work for.
