      Spring Education Group sets you up for success in your job as an Enrollment Director at your school. Professional development, weekly team huddles, and even meeting together as part of a regional team helps you see the bigger picture and helps you feel very supported every step of the way.

      Cons

      Sometimes mistakes can happen in fast paced environments. Spring Education Group is quick to seek to understand any and all mistakes however and they are eager to listen on how to help you improve your school, your job, and they consistently provide a very supportive team environment.

      I’ve really enjoyed working at Spring Education Group! It’s a place where people care about what they do, and it shows. The team is supportive, the work is meaningful, and there's always room to grow.

      If you are not able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, you will get overwhelmed at times.

      Pros

      I'm currently nearing my 8-month marker of working in the marketing department with Spring Education Group and it's been a breath of fresh air compared to other environments. This is a place where you can feel right at home with like-minded peers and your input is valued when you know you're coming from a place of expertise. There's also an incredible culture here and people make genuine connections.

      Cons

      As with any company, there are moments of longer hours and times in which you need to be self-reliant, but it's not to say that help can't be found.
