Pros
I started as a QC Technician. The amount of work is a lot, but they provide free training. I asked a lot of questions during training and everyone was helpful, including my boss, the VP of Quality and even the COO was very friendly and helpful. The company really takes care of its employees and listens to what they want. I asked for some new stuff for the department and didn't expect anything from it, but just a couple of days later, it all arrived! The company even provided free coffee and soda for everyone which was really cool.
Cons
- There is a lot to learn and a lot of paperwork - Had to go through a Staffing Agency for a couple of weeks until I got through training
