Pros

- Free Beverages - Opportunity to grow your career (but, the pay is under industry standards and junior level employees are expected to work well over 45+ hours a week) - Female owned (only the type of women that tear others down rather than supporting each other) - Pay for some career training - Offer annual bonuses

Cons

- Different standards and expectations based on level of seniority and popularity in the office (For example, the flexible work schedule and ability to work from home was one of the key benefits they promoted. Once you start, it's strongly recommended that you're in the office 8-5) - Zero diversity - It's a toxic "mean girl" work culture that creates unnecessary competition between employees rather than encouraging growth and collaboration - Very stuffy and corporate environment despite promoting progressive workspace - Lack of accountability and finger pointing when things go wrong (even from managers and leadership) - Take advantage of new graduates and offer sub-par entry level salaries

Pros

I get to work on interesting client projects that are strategically important. And, I'm learning a lot given all the digital work that Standing manages. We deliver great results for some very big firms so that's exciting.

Cons

We work long hours but the environment is very supportive with celebrations, stress-relief and fun people.

Pros

Standing Partnership is the only agency I know that combines ambition, professionalism and dedication to high-quality work with a genuinely collaborative team spirit. The agency environment provides ample opportunities to work across multiple industries and learn new skills. At Standing, you can own your career path with ample of support from the leadership. I came to Standing from a global firm and can confirm that the level of work we get to do here is of the same quality, if not higher, than what you'd find at a large agency. Every team member at Standing is a consumate professional you can always count on. Team members are empowered to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities. Standing supports employee involvement in the community and invests in pro-bono work.

Cons

If you are uncomfortable with flexibility, ambiguity and a fast-paced envrionment, Standing Partnership may not be the best fit.
