- widespread and shameless sexism runs unrestrained (grossly established in corporate)
- constant turnover at all levels makes for high pressure, inefficient atmosphere
- worrisome that higher level corporate staff have no concern for (and believe no accountability in) high turnover rate often using the phrase "turn and burn"- basically encouraging an attitude that all staff are disposable and thus of little value
- low compensation at both corporate and retail levels result in unqualified, callow placements which creates a lot of unproductive and unprofessional trial-and-error on the job learning - this domino effect puts pressure on all other members of the company
- blatant corporate/ retail rift fosters disunion and caste culture rather than a collaborative team mentality
- company suffers financially from ill-planning and missed opportunities leaving them unable to pay off vendors in a timely manner or even afford to participate in fashion week to present FW2015
- blame for financial difficulties often fall solely on retail staff with the expectation that it's upon them to bridge the widening gap of poor buys/merchandise plans, untimely or absent restocks etc. with no real dialogue about partnering in solutions and support
-disregard for work-life balance by scheduling mandatory meetings with little to no notice and demanding all staff (even hourly part timers) be synced to and available on their work email at all times even and especially when off the clock
