Going off a previous review, let's talk about the production management. The big bad boss is an old fashioned bigot who says disgusting things about little girls. I'd write the exact thing he said, but then Glassdoor won't approve my review because it's so disturbing. He's EXTREMELY racist and sexist and DOES NOT watch his mouth. He gets in your face and won't ever let you finish a sentence. Owners should talk to some of his current and past co-workers as well as his previous bosses. If they didn't already suspect, they'll find out just how nasty and abusive he is. That's pretty much the only way for him. But for now, that's what we have to deal with.
They won't provide us with the right equipment to do our jobs. If we tell you we need something, we really need it to do our jobs much better and faster. Get us the stuff we need to properly do our jobs and make you even more rich!
New people should expect to be written up for mistakes very early on. No training. No coaching. Just straight to discipline. Way to build up their confidence, huh?
