Pros
- colleagues include some very good, smart, and committed people around the world - usually despite top management, staff are sometimes able to advance meaningful campaigns
Cons
- a toxic work environment, the ED effectively trying to crush the union - limited capacity to launch meaningful campaigns and deliver on them in meaningful ways - little transparency regarding how much of the money raised in a fundraiser is actually directed to that campaign
