Commission based 100%. No security. Selling products people don’t end up using. Life insurance that people don’t end up paying for fully or cancel. Focus solely on recruiting and quantity Over quality

Have to chase leads. Commission based Company doesn't provide many leads even though they tell you they will be giving you a lot at the interview time. The management will say anything to get you in the door.
