    - Unlimited earning potential - Great Management Support - Great Company

    Cons

    - All your pay is commission-based. - You have to pay for your own office expenses including the office room and computer. - The Company is great on the employee side, but if you thinking about the sales based Advisor role, it is not for everybody.

    If part of successful few compensation is very good

    Cons

    Commission based 100%. No security. Selling products people don’t end up using. Life insurance that people don’t end up paying for fully or cancel. Focus solely on recruiting and quantity Over quality

    Great training on products and great support as you start building your business. Work your own hours

    Building your business from scratch. Commission based pay grade.

    Independent If you are a sales person, this is for you

    Cons

    Have to chase leads. Commission based Company doesn't provide many leads even though they tell you they will be giving you a lot at the interview time. The management will say anything to get you in the door.
