The expectations were high, but the support structure didn't always match that level, so you're trying to maintain consistency in your work while dealing with gaps in coordination or communication... which makes things harder than they should be. I felt like a lot was expected without the same level of support in return.

I cannot recommend this workplace. The organizational culture felt highly controlling and lacked transparency. Turnover appeared to be high, which in hindsight makes sense given the environment. I would advise clinicians to carefully research the workplace culture and read all the Glassdoor reviews before joining.
