5. Traders are it - no other teams matter and are slowly getting displaced. Traders are also always right and never make mistakes. Mistakes are a result of other teams messing up. And you will get blamed early and often.

21. Bad trading teams continue to exist because they are friends of the CEO/owner (see 8). These are not cut but other areas are destroyed in the name of cost control.
