      Mon thru Fri 8-5.

      Cons

      Benefits. 401K contributions are laughable. Communication with Management is very limited. High turnover in this company. sister Company is Superior Auto. Policies and procedures are not consistent with all employees.

      Profitable company that is growing. They have a history of success.

      NO communication from management. Large company operated like a small one. Benefits are bad.

      Get used to seeing different faces

      Pros

      The paycheck always hit the bank on time. I can’t think of anything else positive to say.

      Cons

      They were very dishonest with me. Unrealistic expectations for field employees. The bonus program is next to impossible to achieve. Turnover is terrible. So many tenured employees have walked.
