Extremely unappreciative work environment, upper management mainly focus on sales rather building people and the organisation for the long-term. Low salary, very much lower than market salaries to anyone that is not in Sales or is part of the top tier management. Low commitment from upper management regarding investments that benefits the employee. Low appreciations to high achievers. No point in having high ambitions internally since it has no impact on received benefits. Unclear roles & expectations Top tier management seems focusing on selling the company and do their exit rather than building an company for the long run.
