      poor place to work for avoid at all cost

      none they promise you everything and give you nothing

      Cons

      where do i start , no support off management you are left on your own. a lot of management love to fight for power. They have no loyalty or care for their employees, the bosses are all corrupt and the chain of command from poor management leaves staff feeling undervalued and not cared about. The amount of staff that come and go is astronomical as no one enjoys working there. No one I have worked with at Swegon has a good word to say about it. Would not recommend to anyone. toxic environment.

      They promise you everything you wish for on joining, however this is soon revoked. None.
