      some of the employees are ok to work with

      leadership is terible. they don't care about the employees, there behind the times with salary diversity and benefits. they recently let go of a lot of employees and seem to be going downhill really fast.

      Pros

      Great hours, helpful coworkers, affordable health care, easy job when everyone does their part. Job is fairly straight forward and fast pace which helps time go faster.

      Cons

      More needs to go into hiring management. Too many individuals feel that since they are managers they can do whatever they please and leave the rest for others. Not enough training
