      Tivix is an amazing partner for real businesses that don't have core competency in software or need some extra development hands. The people are great to work with and will deliver real solutions for our clients. *Smart team *Everyone is willing to learn *People can work from home *Great benefits *Super friendly and respectful team *Exposure to different cultures and all sorts of different challenges that companies need help solving *CEO is probably the smartest and most hardworking person in 98% of rooms he or anyone will walk into

      Cons

      As a pm, lot's of projects going on simultaneously, so it can be hard to get time to focus.

      Pros

      It is a contracting company. Which means that the product is you. Tivix improves from your personal growth. 1. Stays current on technology. 2. You will learn a lot here 3. Plenty of things to do. 4. Great commuter benefits 5. Pays for education (books. school, conferences) 6. Management is very approachable 7. Amazing people 8. Company will continue growing

      Cons

      The only negative is that is a contracting company. While I found contracting not for me, many others will enjoy it because of the personal investment Tivix has in you.

      -Great leadership: Very hard working and dedicated. They support and encourage you to grow. -Very diverse client engagements. You get to learn the business logic of many industries. -Intelligent and nice co-workers -Collaborative culture
