      Pros

      TPC is great to their employees. Despite being a petrochemical company, they are flexible on hybrid wfh arrangements and value growing their employees skills.

      Cons

      They hire a lot of contractors. Not so bad a thing, but it can make it hard to become an employee

      Great place to learn, grow and earn a good living for your family. If you are willing to learn and work hard, the company will give you what you need to succeed.

      Cons

      The schedule can be tough if you’re not used to shift work.

      A great place to work if you want to see the results of your efforts. Everyone can make a difference and contribute. Especially as a young professional there is a lot of Otto work outside your “box”.
