The co-workers are nice and I'm sure the family themselves outside of work are nice.

Cons

Extremely high turnover Family run company but you find out through the grapevine who is related Unreasonable expectations, if you are seen having a conversation even for a moment you will be reprimanded. The culture is oppressive. Ideas for improvement of procedures are ignored. Its a grind. No room for growth the person working above or beside you is most likely a family member

If you enjoy working 50-60 hours a week, never seeing your friends and family - and it never being enough - then this is the place for you!

Cons

Small family company with unreasonable expectations. EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE FOR A REASON. Couple people in strategic positions only have jobs because of who they are related to, and they are the ones making it unbearable to work there.

Pros

The interview process was much shorter than it had been at any other company. In hind site this should have been a warning sign to me. If you live North of Boston the commute is great.

Cons

Benefits are not even close to competitive for a SaaS company in the New England area. Make sure to ask for details of the benefits package BEFORE you are hired. Rules and exceptions come to light after you are hired that have a negative impact on benefits. Turnover at TSD is incredibly high. After 3 months more than half the staff in my on-boarding had already left. For me, TSD was the worst working experience of my career. I stress to anyone considering employment to be very cautious, I chose to be unemployed rather than continue working with the management at TSD.
