Good if got compassion for patient care. HR won't check background or work quality experience.
Cons
After 1 year no more compassion. Feels pay is too low for the expected "quality". Easy to be fault but super rare to get compliments from colleagues. Only patients will give out direct compliments which feel appreciated for the hardwork.
