Small, family-owned and operated business. Good pay. Not a difficult job. Overtime on the busy season.
Cons
Family company means you can often feel tension between employees and owner. No benefits. Job perks regarding supplemental pay are falsely presented to employees. Everyone does everyone’s job. Upper management doesn’t communicate well (with each other or employees) so messages or duties are often unclear. Favoritism between upper management and employees.
