DE&I is a joke here. Even outsiders can see how " different" people are treated. Not compensated well for the work done Yearly salary increment is a joke compared to the industry standard. Self-centered individuals are managers The company (at least Singapore) runs on politics than idea centric. Not worth staying more than 2 years
