    Wonderful and motivated team and board, genuine heart for educational equity, really feel valued as a corps member, deepened understanding for DEI and history of systemic oppressions

    Cons

    Summer Institute does not adequately prepare you for your first year, trauma training could be improved, school/content matches not ideal (my own experience; for others, placements worked out)
