    There is a clear connection between your work and the impact TFA is making on students. If making an impact is important then this is a great place to work. You will love the people that you work with as everyone here is a hard worker and mission-driven

    Salary is a little below what you would expect in similar roles at other organizations

    Each person's experience differs but I had a very supportive group with TFA.
