      Pros

      Able to learn and explore different various JD. Workers are generally helpful.

      Cons

      Higher management need to set clear direction. HR need to proactively resolve employees high turn over rate. Company morale need to be improve with management setting good example.

      Pros

      Lean and profitable company. There is no need to worry about retrenchment

      Cons

      Been in the company (SG) for less than a year. Need to treat big boss as god. Failure to answer his call first time, your supervisor and you will be given a warning. Pls be prepared to work overtime (no excuses as profits to company is top priority) anytime. The most experienced member in engineering team has been working for 1 years+ as he is under 2-years contract. Next in line is 4 months of work experience. When you try to apply unpaid leaves to attend to family matters (medical reason), your leave will be rejected because your boss expect you to find a replacement for your own family matters. Work is more important than family matters. Pls do your own diligence checks before joining
