      Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We want to hear what our employees are thinking; even if it’s criticism. It’s unfortunate that your feelings regarding some recent changes are so negative. If you are unaware of why certain decisions are made or simply don’t agree with them, a more productive way to work through it would be to seek out leadership for open and honest discussions, instead of posting mean-spirited comments in a forum not meant for back-and-forth dialogue. We are always willing to listen and discuss.

      Drinks are only 25 cents.

      Cons

      Management does not care about you. They have their favorites and it is very obvious. People with no knowledge of what they are doing get promoted while the hard workers never advance. Micro management....the absolute worst at this company.

      Now a days its a good company to start out at, but you need to move on after a few years due to managements inability to promote within.

      Cons

      In my past 13 years I worked at Televox, I have seen many changes with the company, especially in growth. Televox was a great company to work for when it was privately owned until the year 2007. When West took over, I am sad to say it went a complete 180 degrees. West is destroying a company that so many people worked hard to get it where it is.
