Pros

Some of the coworkers are cool. You’ll learn a lot.

Cons

This company is easily the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked at. There’s so many things wrong with this place. The owner doesn’t allow anyone to get their job done. He hires recent grads and immigrants. People he can easily manipulate. He’s racist and sexist. If you’re a person of color or a woman, don’t think you’ll be going anywhere. He has ZERO respect for his employees. He creates a hostile work environment. No one in this company is happy. All these ‘positive’ reviews are fake. Don’t be fooled. He forced his employees to write fake positive reviews about how much they love working there. Notice all the buzz words in the reviews are the same. The turnover at this company is ridiculous and everyone who leaves is because of him. He hires people under false pretenses. He will hire you as a ‘data analyst’ and you will end up doing grunt work for 3 months. During these 3 months, he will fire you or give you a completely different job. Your job is never safe here. He can have a mood swing any day and decide you’re gone. He gossips about his employees to other employees. He demeans his employees and calls everyone stupid. ‘No one is as smart as him’. He has no idea how to manage people. It’s a wonder how he’s been in business so long. He curses and yells and throws tantrums like a child. You can’t even go to HR about these issues because his sister is the Human Resources representative. You will learn a lot but it’s not worth the experience. This company is going down at some point. A company with terrible leadership will not thrive. Don’t waste your time. You will regret it.

Horrible Company

Pros

None. The President is lucky to have a few good people who still work there.

Cons

Where to start? The company CEO talks negatively about his employees in front of others. He also thinks it's acceptable to answer personal phone calls in the middle of meetings and interviews. No matter what position you have in this company, your life will suck. If you're in sales, you will lose your base after a few months and have to slave away 24/7 to make some kind of commission. Oh, and if the company is closed due to a holiday, the CEO will make you work extended shifts all week. If you work in the warehouse, you will literally get paid the minimum wage and have horrible working conditions. They refuse to pay for a proper air conditioner so you will feel you are in a sauna all summer long. If you work in admin, you will never get a raise. Oh, and about these reviews, most of them are FAKE! The CEO forced his employees (myself included) to write positive ones or there would be "consequences". If you're seeking employment.. stay away! This company is disgusting and cannot retain any good talent!

Pros

None. Whatsoever. Not a one.

Cons

The President has "encouraged" his employees to write positive reviews. He thinks that yelling at the top of his lungs constitutes appropriate workplace behavior. He plays favorites, doesn't grant raises, and expects obscenely long hours. He's also dirt cheap, and treats his warehouse employees like they're garbage, and doesn't extend the most minimal consideration to them (like an AC).
