      Good people working hard in the data science dept.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Not knowledge on how to do business. A regimental culture that does t allow you to grow as they impose you their opinions. Leadership talking low to their teams making them feel less. A very poor understanding on how to run a business and very judgmental to everyone around them. They never take their responsibilities.

      Flexible working and have some good employees.

      Cons

      Strong blame game within management. Instead of nurturing, people are let go quietly when they don’t meet the mark. Not a safe environment to speak your mind.

      Hi, we apologise that the communication of leavers has missed you. Due to various circumstances (security, personal preference, transition planning), announcement of leavers is shared during our monthly all hands, rather than on an ad hoc basis. Separately, we have always committed to instilling a high performing culture through feedback loops and performance reviews. Any individuals who are not quite meeting the expectations would be guided by their managers; and if there is no sign of improvement, we would formalize a performance improvement plan for them should they remain committed and aligned to our company values.       Dynamic company with a new direction

      Pros

      Work is at the cutting-edge of carbon accounting technology. Exposure to many MNC clients across broad range of industries. Leadership and company direction are much stronger now after massive reorganisation. Great work-life balance due to flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Product is still evolving to meet changing industry needs. Startup environment where you tackle many workstreams at once. Less structure.
