      Very unprofessional workplace, full of politics and backstabbing

      Cons

      More than half of the office are hired from the drinking bar that the boss frequent, they didn't even go through proper interview process. Slackers who are incompetent are given promotions and good performance award. These people don't even know how to use MS office properly.

      Flexibility which can be useful at times

      Cons

      Demanding job that requires you to constantly give with little to no appreciation. No growth and no direction. It is a 100-year company and act like one in the bad way; resistance to change. Think carefully before you join. Where there is lack of resources, they would come up with all sorts of ways to convince you to take up the 'additional projects' and frame it as growth opportunities. The whole of top management is toxic.
