Benefits are crap. Constant belittling and talking down upon employees. Condescending emails. Goals always going up with no pay incentives. High turnover and lots of cold calling during slow times of the year. Sometimes you might not even get a check. Forced to scan customers in to getting worse devices just because. Threaten to change plans if they return devices to make their bill go up. Get some experience then go somewhere else that isn’t toxic and pays half way decent.
