Pros
The Groton Inn is such a great place to work. All of the staff are so friendly and the managers are so friendly and approachable.
Cons
There are no downsides to working here!

Pros
On-call position with pretty flexible hours. Mostly weekend shifts, but they have a restaurant where cross-training is available depending on experience. Setup and work is relatively straightforward and easy-going. Great management team. Service tips are decent especially if you have another full-time position but are looking to make some extra money on the side.
Cons
None that come to mind.
