Not like what it looks like from outside

Pay is good or ok. Dont worry about asking for what you deserve. There is an ok variety of people look overall. It is like one from each country. If you would look at the managers, they all have same look. Same color, same ethnicity, same outfits, same behavior, same notebooks, same expensive looking pen, same shoes, same pants. Between 30 managers, maybe there is only two from different ethnicities. One Indian and one Middle eastern white manager.
Cons
Management is no good. What you watch on trainings and everyday life is not parallel. They normalize belittling, bullying. There is more conflict than courage. Manager can yell at you at your second week of job, then they deny and say it was a joke. Make sure your job title defines you well. You may end up being managed by a much less experienced lead while your title is only associate.

Pros
Neat Projects, get a project bonus at the end, some of the divisions have good relations with each other, seems to be increasing in workload
Cons
Very unprofessional work environment. Managers are never present and when they are, trash talk other employees to their equals. Management kinda expects you to know what they want 100% of the time but yet never gives the time to answer questions you may have. They are losing projects left and right due to high costs and lie to their clients just to land a job. Overall I’ve just been pretty disappointed with the company. It looked good on the outside but once inside it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. There’s a lot I wish I would have known beforehand about it.

Good company to work for, but could be great with some changes..

- Haskell is a great company that excels and has a grip on a strong market that is only going to grow. The company can be very "recession proof" - There are a lot of great and smart people all around the company who truly want the best for you. Lots of personable people around the offices. - If you get put on good projects and good teams, there is great potential for quick career growth and learning. But if you don't, then the opposite will occur. - This may depend on your team, but there is some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week. People are understanding that it can make your life easier, and usually don't mind as long as you get your work done. - There is also flexibility to move between offices. Mainly Jax, Dallas, Atlanta and Salt Lake for construction personnel.
Cons
- As mentioned, if you are not placed on good projects and on good teams, your career growth will be hindered. - The height of projects have lots of working hours. If you are on site, expect to log consistent 60-70 hour work weeks during the busy part of the project. - Haskell is growing very rapidly every day. To me it seems like we are growing too fast and hiring too many people instead of authentically growing and developing from within. Management sees lots of opportunity to capture certain sectors of the market and are basically doing whatever it takes to grow the company to take on as many large projects as possible.
