Cons
Unorganized Must be able to keep up with change

Pros
This job is an overnight job which allows me to have my days free. I have flexible hours and a wonderful distributor. I love the people that I work with whom have become my family.
Cons
My job requires me to work 7 days a week. I work overnight which can be good and bad. Good that I have my days free but bad because most of the time I am tired during the day and its hard to schedule anything. When we are short handed I also have to throw paper routes. This puts unwanted miles and wear and tear on my car. Also with gas prices on the rise I am almost paying the Chronicle to throw the route.
