      Pros

      Nice Culture, No Micro Monitoring, Work freedom, Supporting management, Nice people to work with. I Would have stayed longer but got an international opportunity so moved.

      Cons

      Not as such. Office building and premises are not that attractive but I will say don't judge based on it, things are different than that of your assumption.
