      Ample overtime is available The pay is decent Support from non-management co-workers

      Little to no training Management gets upset when things aren't done, especially things that you were never trained on how to perform Lack of support from Management, cares much more about the bottom line. Management doesn't respect the boundaries of employees Extremely High Turnover Rate
