Stability & flexi benefits are rather decent.
Cons
Low salary, not much career progression, rigid management rules who have traditional mindsets and are not willing to change. The amount of work you are expected to do does not justify the amount of salary you will be entitled but yet are still expected to perform to "management's expectations" but yet has no clue as to how to manage.

Top down management style, the worst company culture I've experienced, Hods going the same thing for decades, unfriendly colleagues thanks to defensive and insecure Hods, GM who shouts and humiliates you in front of everyone.

Multiple layers of upper management; nothing changes, unwillingness of upper management to take on responsibility which filters down through the company
