      Pros

      Early release Friday and free shoes.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged like no other, guilted about taking days off, and have too much on your plate but deemed incompetent if you mess up. Not worth the stress and low pay for high demand. Work here if you desperately need office and operations experience and leave immediately after. This place is a stepping stone and there is little to no room for growth.

      Pros

      It's a good place to learn the ropes of the fashion industry before seeking a higher paying position with another company. We do also have early release Fridays, but you better make sure you have at least 40 hours on the clock first. Lastly, we do work with a lot of excellent charities like Ronald McDonald.

      Cons

      The company has been going down hill since we were bought by Steve Madden a few years ago. Morale is at an all-time low. Middle management micromanages their employees, and upper management is so out of touch, they would be hard pressed to tell you what any employee's role actually is. Rounds of lay-offs further decreased morale, nobody feels their job is safe, and raises aren't nearly as good as they used to be. They barely keep up with inflation.
