      Pros

      Some teams are fantastic and very supportive, and the company gives opportunities to learn multiple parts of the business. There’s also long-term job stability for those who stick around, and you can build strong relationships with colleagues over time.

      Cons

      Promotions favour upper management, and the wrong people are often put in leadership roles. Staff are frequently excluded from meetings and growth opportunities, while workloads fall heavily on a few people. Hard work goes unnoticed, morale is low, and the overall culture has declined.
