I worked at TravelTriangle full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Everything is well organised and workload is smooth and also work life balance is very good. Good quality of work with lots of learning and freedom to experiment and learn as well. Senior staff is very good.

    Cons

Not recommended to stay longer then 2 years as learnings will be saturated and growth would be limited afterwards. They don't focus on retention of employee.

    I worked at TravelTriangle full-time

    Pros

    1. Data-driven company. 2. Chance to work with co-founders.

    Cons

    1. No Employee benefits. 2. No work-life balance. 3. Not a strong tech core company, solves most of the problems through ops and sales. 4. No knowledge about tech industry standards, good to go with hacks mindset. 5. You will end up doing meetings, checking your emails & slack. 6. You will get a lenovo laptop without SSD, few people use their own MAC. 7. Most of the early people(core tech guys) left the company

Lot of favouritism in business team Relatives of core team are growing in the company Fake numbers are circulated in the company Ceo doesn’t seem interested in running the company and perhaps one cofounder has left because of that
