Pros
Great people that work here and it's a small company less than 40-50 people. This is good because everyone gets to know everyone and know who do go to for things. Occasionally the company will have a cookouts and get togethers. You will build the best relationships with the people you work with.
Cons
1 person runs everything which means that's his way or the highway (eventually). Money is not being put back in the company and you can tell by the products, software, and building. Most of the equipment is very outdated. Communction between departments is concerning. There is people drama since the company is so small and people live in the past on things.

Pros
Great and amazing people to work with and have built great relationships with, but management doesn't know it. Which is only consisted of a few people. Small company which is great because you get to know everyone and how they work.
Cons
Negative work environment, no culture / values, very departmententialized, no structure and room for growth, management lies about the future of the company until you walk in and people are gone, no money put back into the company, poor brand name in the market place, poor communication on all channels, and a very unclear vision as to what is expected of you.
