    Working from home time management nothing else

    Cons

    - everyone is left to itself - there's no company culture - poor poor management, no care about people. - lack of vision - no transparent decisions, no communications - the company wants grow in the ota market with unfair actions - benefit package very poor compared to other ecommerce platforms

    Completed benefit (2 days off/week, OT allowance on public holiday ect.)

    Cons

    OT a lot during weekdays, went back home after 20:30 is normal.

    Pros

    In my nearly 4 years with the company I have to say it has far exceeded my expectations. They take great steps towards improving on a daily basis and the management team both in China and Europe is brilliant. It might sound strange to anyone working in a Chinese company but I have never had so much freedom to organize my day and follow on targets as I have had with Trip.com.

    Cons

    It takes time to get over some cultural differences and the speed of changes in the company. Certainly not everyone is up for the challenge but for me that is not necessary a bad thing.

    Fast-growing environment, Relatively sufficient development and budget

    Complicated reporting line, too many teams involved, no manual, wants to be the global company but very Chinese styled company

    Pros

    - One of the biggest OTA, big platform provides advantage when facing clients - Multiple departments, able to transfer internally - Relatively casual working atmosphere

    Cons

    - Salary is not very competitive - Not enough creativity in terms of products, website, marketing etc. - Personal development path is not very promising

    - Positive culture of promoting female leadership and workplace diversity - Working flexibility environment, as long as you know what you are working towards to - Interesting challenges with lots of opportunities - Opportunities to travel interstate/overseas due to the nature of the role

    - Expected and common startup growing pains - Would need more support from overseas headoffice, communicate before the change

    free coffee, good salary and if you have good colleagues with you

    working at this company definitely is my darkest chapter. bad management and environment. There only have the boss but not a leader
