Pros

Coworkers are the only thing that keeps me going. 8-5 workday because overtime isn't available unless the company is behind on a deadline.

Cons

Terrible management. Fear based motivation. Poor pay. Extremely minimal advancement and bonus opportunities. No training. Owner demeans and belittles his employees in front of their peers. There are no desks, you get a laptop, screen, and a fold up table as a work station.

Pros

Overall when the company had business the work was fulfilling and interesting. I liked the Telcommunication industry.

Cons

Management often publicly shamed employees without coming the employee first. Management was very tight knit and would not listen to suggestions. Owner got into a dispute with the company they were contracting for causing TriTechne to lose their contract. This caused management to layoff of 80/87 employees. Owner seemed to be very short sighted. Management tended to place blame on project managers for shortcomings of other departments. Owner/Managers seem to be writing reviews on glassdoor to pad their score. Some employees said they were approached to write a good review. Employees were let go suddenly after leaving negative reviews. managers/owner was unprofessional with laying off employees. They had over a weeks notice of losing their contract and didn't inform employees until their exit interview. Management refused to pay or honor vacation after termination. Wages were very low in comparison to what TriTechne was billing out. Project Manager and engineering hourly was less than half of what they were making per billed hour. Management had an expectation of overtime and travel regardless of what was negotiated or discussed in any interview. Management would not honor promises of advancement or pay raises.... even though they were paying significantly under industry standard. Management and owner were more interested in making the company look like they were preforming well rather than succeeding. Information only flowed up to management. Even when asked directly about information. Teams were severely understaffed and new employees were under trained.

Pros

Provided an income and my first full time job. Made some great friends with my fellow co-workers.

Cons

OVER 50 PEOPLE LAID OFF ON THE 23RD OF AUGUST, 2018. Please read the below if this company somehow finds another telecom company to allow them to do business with and needs to hire people. This was what my fellow employees and myself were worried about for a long time and we saw it coming but weren't able to find other jobs before the company tanked. It had the potential to be a great company but management was formed as a cult that keep the rest of the company in the dark with lies about pay increases, promotions and the future of the contract (1) we had with our partner. If you disagreed with management in how the work you were being asked to perform could be done a better more satisfactory way for our client they would find a way to demote or silence you. Money and Speed alone was the motive. Most of the people that DID NOT get laid off are the original group that led the company into the current position of having to lay off a large portion of their workforce. I could go on and on with stories from this place that are almost unbelievable on both a business and personal/moral level but i think thats already making its way around Conway and will continue to do so for years to come. The sad part in all this is the over 50 people with family, kids and bills to pay that are without work due to a company that was ran strictly and only to maximize profit.
