      - Lots of young people, and opportunities to socialize - No strict dress code

      Cons

      - Very high staff turn over due to lack of communication across the business - Very little guidance or opportunity to learn from mistakes - Misleading job adverts and unclear terms of employment - Culture of fear and lack of job security across all functions

      Looks good on paper but reality is completely different - for the independents????

      - everyone is indeed very friendly

      Cons

      - lack of transparency - communication is a HUGE problem (within the team and cross-teams) - we sell a dream that has been becoming farther away of what the actual vision is - strategies focus on short-term solutions that are not viable in long-term - lack of strategy - feels like sinking ship - no job security - no possible development - no benefits besides 20% employee discount - many mistakes that could have been avoided if someone would have actual thought about the impact this might cause long-term - naiv/lack of strategical management
