      1 Great working environment without office politics . Colleagues are all very friendly 2 Work-life balance 3 Good staff benefits - it includes monthly company lunch, quarterly team bonding activity, Christmas party, year end bonus, etc. 4 The Company is generous to its employees and greatly appreciates the staff who demonstrates their commitment and loyalty to the company. 5 The company much cares about employees career development.

      -Healthy emphasis work/life Balance -Generous with Growth & Opportunities -Decent health benefits, Company takes a keen interest in employee's well beings in general - Great emphasis on team bonding through company activities, lunches, events - Upper management constantly looks at ways to incentivize as best & appropriately as possible

      Cons

      - Being a lean company, staff may be required to perform at high performance levels majority of the time within office hours ( to ensure work life balance ) - Being a lean / small company, company may not be able to offer highly competitive salaries compared to larger ones

      Pros

      This company is incredibly distinctive and exceptional. It provides excellent exposure to online marketing. The culture and working environment are both positive. With numerous employee bonding activities and excellent employee benefits (example: a pantry that is always filled), the company consistently puts its employees first. The company has very little to no politics. There are excellent leaders who provide their team members opportunities to develop and learn. It is a great company.
