RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Uniregistry full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
- Amazing office space, up-y down-y desks, snacks, breakfast, lunch, great equipment (you like macs right?). - Full health care, dental and vision, 401k match. - Amazing amount of trust put in employees to get it done. - Great place to be a go-getter - Uniregistry is the sort of environment where you can take something and just run with it. The proverbial small cog in a large machine doesn't apply here. - Seeing the results of your work in customers hands on a near daily basis. - Excellent technology teams. - Amazing place to learn, I've met some of the smartest people in the industry @ Uniregistry and there's not a day that goes by where I'm not picking up something new.
Cons
- Scope creep, it can be difficult to keep a project on track when things are changing, specifically when you're working on multiple large scale projects. - You really need to be mindful of your time, easy to get sucked in.
