Good benefits plan, subsidized gym, bus pass.

Cons

Revolving door staff, and management. Not much room for advancement, no HR department, bullying , years and years without a raise or acknowledgement. Friends and family get hired and given better salaries over long term staff who worked there for years. The CEO John Dobson would confiscate employee's chairs, ridicule and impugn other managers and staff and even referred to a middle eastern employee as a "Mexican" in front of the entire staff. Office politics and endless power struggles make this a stressful place to work.

Our team of staff has tripled, we have had a new CEO, Nicholas Jefferey, since February, we do have an HR department, we have monthly reviews, feedback boards, share incentives, and the company just reported record year- end results. Awesome job reference letter. Best Frontline staff ever. Internet is fast.

Cons

Goals without a plan. No sales team. More vice presidents than employees. Lack of leadership. Micromanagement.
