Pros

Small company, some very very little benefit

Cons

Extra hours are not paid, when you move for travel across the world you are not paid extra even if you work 15 hours a day. Boss can and will call you anytime no respect for weekends or holidays no respect for time zone either you can get calls at 3 a.m. if you are on the other side of the world. One word of complain or try to say something about being paid fair and you are out. Say something about extra hours and you are out. Working hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. but you are expected to stay there till 7 p.m. at least and of course unpaid. The owners are extremely bossy and will treat you like a toe rag even to the point of insulting you as a person if you do even the slightest of the mistake. On top of it you can’t share your views how things can be done better with anyone because of the clime of terror inside the offices and sometimes you will know about colleagues that report private conversation to the owner, it’s like being in a communist country, it sound absurd but it is really like it. I would not advise to anyone to work for them because what you get is basically working for 10, being paid 2 and saying goodbye to your private life. Don't expect to have a career because it's a family owned company so your supervisor is basically the owner. They do a lot of talking about values during company meeting all simply because they want you to work more.

Pros

Open communication, low management hierarchy.

Cons

There is no point of being a high achiever, as there is no compensation on the extra effort. Focus is on compliance, there are no efforts to develop programmes.
