Great company owned by three doctors who truly cared about their staff as well as their business. Staffers were treated with respect as adults and given professional courtesy. Benefits were good and hours while subject to change based on doctor coverage were good as well. 401k, 50% paid health ins, discounts on exams and materials, vacation and personal paid time off as well as 6 holidays per year. Management was available when needed and addressed concerns immediately. I would give them 5 stars except that they worked with a partner company that treated people poorly and sometimes they were pushed by that company to make bad decisions.
