A shell of its former glory

Pros

Generous benefits: - Summer / Winter Fridays off - Flexible working hours - Decent amount of annual leave entitlement Opportunities to work with a truly global team

Cons

Since the take over by Tremor earlier in the year, the Unruly team outside of US have been taking a serious beating. We had techs and processes forced down our throats only to find that they did not work outside of US, resulting in a mad scramble to patch over the crack because we have made old solutions redundant. Granted that Unruly was in need of a serious tech refresh prior to Tremor's acquisition, there was no leadership in the tech integration/migration process, no consultation with the local teams and the management team in US refused to acknowledge the issues, despite their assurance that "they hear us" and that our region is "important and their main focus right now". Unruly has been haemorrhaging talents because they failed to assure existing employees of their importance and made little effort to care about their progression until it is too late.

Pros

1. Great benefits. Rolling out of initiatives to promote a work-life balance. I.e flexible working hours. Earlier knock-off times on fridays during the summer and winter seasons. 2. Fast-moving and adaptable to market and industry trends. 3. Collaborative work approach between teams and within operational team. 4. Training is comprehensive and learning curve is steep with proper guidance and room to improve.

Cons

1. Slow career progression. Favours years of service over performance and quality of work. 2. Poor communication top down from executives to ground-level teams 3. Ineffective relaying of new processes and innovations from HQ in London to other teams from the global offices. 4. Uncompetitive salary packages. 5. Team leaders and managers lack training and experience in running and managing teams.

Pros

Great office, great people to work with. Good perks & rewards as well. Fun atmosphere to work in! The company pays attention to employees growth & development.

Cons

Even legitimate causes need backing from senior management to present a strong case. Communication can be streamlined better between offices.
