      -Serve a very deserving population. -Executive is Fundraising focused so the lights stay on

      - Essentially David Adams has bunch of white women running the show who are not high integrity people

      The atmosphere, coworkers and pay are what make it doable working here.

      Cons

      The CEO Dave Adams is very military oriented showing no compassion. He only cares about funds. There also is absolutely no room for growth or diversity in leadership. All directors are white women.
